The Challenge – Aurora Marketplace, a 107K square foot retail center anchored by Safeway and TJ Maxx in Edmonds, WA had nearly 10K square feet of vacant space, approximately two-thirds of which was “elbow” space and traditionally the most difficult to lease.

The Solution The Landlord, Regency Centers brought in IWCRE to apply its unique approach to Aurora Marketplace. In addition to industry standard marketing practices, we strategically identified outside the box target uses and focused our efforts on cultivating those prospects and landing them.
