Jackson Hewitt to open new location in time for next tax season

Jackson Hewitt, a tenant represented exclusively by IWCRE in the Greater Seattle area, signed a new lease at LaPlaza Shopping Center in Kent-Des Moines, Washington. The new lease, signed on July 26th, is for a 1,225 square foot space that the company will occupy in the fourth quarter of this year—in time for 2020’s tax season. 

Jackson Hewitt is the second largest tax preparation service provider in the United States, operating more than 6,000 franchise locations nationally. There are twenty locations in the Puget Sound, with continued plans for expansion in the area.
