Core Scientific completes new lease for office headquarters

Ironwood Commercial Real Estate would like to congratulate Core Scientific for completing the recent lease of its new headquarters in Bellevue, Washington. Michelle Abbott of Ironwood represented the tenant, Core Scientific, and Dan Krekel represented the Landlord in this transaction. Core Scientific is led by Kevin Turner, former Microsoft COO. The startup, which focuses on blockchain and artificial intelligence technologies hosting, transaction processing and application development, seeks to innovate and develop best practices in the field while operating bitcoin and AI infrastructure at scale.
